Transport-Safe Waste
Inside the FHT Treatment Cycle
Our friction-based treatment process transforms hazardous infectious medical waste into safe, sterile municipal waste in a matter of minutes. Discover how the cycle works step-by-step.
Waste Loading & Pre-shredding
Infectious medical waste is loaded into the treatment chamber either manually or automatically. The heavy-duty rotor immediately begins pre-shredding the materials to optimize surface area.
High-Speed Friction & Heating
As the shredding accelerates, the intense mechanical friction generates rapid heating. The temperature inside the chamber steadily climbs toward the sterilization threshold.
Sterilization Phase (150°C)
The temperature hits 150°C (302°F). Water contained within the waste vaporizes, creating a moist heat environment. This temperature is maintained to guarantee a 6 Log10 reduction of all pathogens, according to STAAT Level IV criteria.
Cooling
Water is injected to rapidly cool the sterile material to a safe handling temperature.
Final Output
The dry, unrecognizable residue is automatically discharged. The sterilized material is ready for final disposal, and the machine is prepared for a new cycle.
Key Treatment Metrics
Our FHT treatment process strictly complies with international environmental and health regulations, ensuring total safety for both operators and the community.
